- Source healthcare professionals including Nurses, Nursing Assistants, and other allied healthcare professionals through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals,
- Handle requirements from various healthcare clients.
- Work on W2, C2C,1099, and Direct Client requirements.
- Be the first point of contact for the consultant and maintain monthly contact with the consultant.
- Proactively seek out prospective candidates and grow the company’s database
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
- Experience in using online tools (Indeed, Monster, Careerbuilder, etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, and Facebook for searching candidates.
- Must have 6-12 months of experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter.
- Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
- Dedicated and coordinate with the team toward assignments, learning savvy & innovative skills.
Shift Timings: As per US PST Time Zone
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite)
