Responsibilities:-
- Manage aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
- Provide guidance and support to recruiters and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Source healthcare professional including Nurses, Nursing Assistants and other allied healthcare professionals through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals,
- Handle bulk requirements from various healthcare clients and VMS portals.
- Work on W2, C2C,1099, and Direct Client requirements.
- Be the first point of contact for the consultant and maintain monthly contact with the consultant.
- Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

- Knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems like Job diva.
- Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
- Proficient in using online tools (Indeed, Monster , Careerbuilder etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn , Facebook for searching candidates.
- Hands-on experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter for 3-4 years. (Must have)
- Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
- Dedicated and coordinate with the team toward assignments, learning savvy & innovative skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and HR Partners.
Shift Timings: As per US PST Time Zone
Working Days: Monday to Friday
