Job description:
Manage onboarding and joining formalities
Payroll maintaining employee data
Preparing reports and other generalist role
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time on HROne portal
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
Being the first point of contact for Employees on any HR related queries
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
Vendor Management and maintaining records of purchases
Arranging office stationary, cultural events and pantry related activities
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Must Have:
Required Experience: 4-5 Years
Must be proactive well versed with advance excel & word
good communication and interpersonal skill
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant field
