Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
- Source candidates using job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Technology skills:
- Experience using ATS softwares and developing search strings
- Ability to navigate different job portals(Monster, Linkedin, Ziprecruiter) for recruitment hiring purposes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in US IT Recruiting.
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
- A proven track record in achieving the targeted numbers.
- Strong follow-up skills and motivated.
- Solid business management skills
- Experience managing multiple, competing priority requirements.
- Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Working Hours: PST 07:00 a.m - 04:00 p.m (Night Shift)
WORKING DAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY (Onsite)
