Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Identify key digital marketing trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital strategies are integrated with overall marketing efforts.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages idea sharing and continuous learning.
Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability and tracking progress.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility and rankings across major search engines.
Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and optimize on-page and off-page factors.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC):
Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
Social Media Marketing:
Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Oversee the management of various social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and compelling social media content.
Email Marketing:
Develop segmented email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
Design and optimize email templates, conduct A/B testing, and analyze open and click-through rates.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs, generating regular reports to showcase campaign performance and ROI.
Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Present key findings and recommendations to senior management.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels.
Monitor spending, optimize budgets based on performance, and provide cost-effective solutions.
