Job Description:

  • HIRING: Manage the hiring of US IT recruiters, Non-IT recruiters, Engineering recruiters for Denken solutions and its affiliate companies.

  • ANALYTICS: Provide Sr. management team with details regarding industry salary vs Denken Solutions and its affiliate companies and provide guidance to Denken Solutions on salary guidance for each recruiter.

  • ANALYTICS: Provide Sr. management team with details regarding industry performance improvement plan vs Denken Solutions and its affiliate companies.

  • ANALYTICS: Provide Sr. management team with details regarding industry incentive plans vs Denken Solutions and its affiliate companies.

  • ANALYTICS: Work with Denkens in-house analytics team to gather information on hiring and termination.

  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Create interview form template to solicit the feedback from all recruiters on the candidate.

  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Provide continuous improvement for Denkens Interview process.

  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Provide Sr. management team with guidance on effective ways to improve loyalty and performance amongst employees 

  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Provide documentation, coaching and guidance to improve candidate sourcing process.

  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Create documentations to improve the onboarding process for new hires.

  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Create a talent map to identify the hiring and key skillset needs of the company.

  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Create and improve on the job descriptions for key hiring needs within the company.

  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Maintain a database of recruiters as well as hiring feedback.

  • HIRING CAMPAIGNS: Create hiring campaigns on social media for Denken Solutions

  • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage and coach internal recruiting team 

  • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Develop a supporting and collaborative relationship with recruitment managers, sr. manager, payroll, HR team.

  • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and be the main point of contact for communication and feedback throughout the interview and hiring process. Coordinate and schedule interviews with the Hiring Managers
