UX developer
As a UX developer , you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. You will be responsible for both the user experience (UX) design and the visual design aspects, ensuring that our products are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and user-friendly. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, you will be involved in the entire design process, from concept development to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Experience (UX) Design:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and goals.
- Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Develop and iterate on information architecture, interaction design, and navigation schemes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product features and functionalities.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to optimize the user experience.
- Visual Design:
- Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements, including color schemes, typography, icons, and imagery.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for various platforms (e.g., web, mobile).
- Ensure that the visual design aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the product's purpose and message.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the visual design.
- Stay updated with industry trends, marketing collaterals and emerging design tools to continuously improve the visual design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to gather requirements and align on design goals.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively, both verbally and visually.
- Work in an agile environment, participating in design sprints, and adapting to changing project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in UX and visual design, preferably in designing digital products or applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX and visual design, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, SASS, etc.).
- Experience with material ui, bootstrap frameworks.
- Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
